Fucich LLC has been replacing chiller coils in filter houses that use chill water to cool the CT intake air.

We remove the pipe spools, the flexible joints outside the filter house and the SS covers at the ends of the coils. We remove the condensate drain PVC gutters & piping and cut all the SS bolts that hold each coil in the frame and that hold the flashings on the coil.

We fly each existing coil out, clean all surfaces in the filter house then start flying new coils in. We install new SS hardware and the condensate PVC gutters & piping as we set them in. We also kill all the SS bolts as we set the new coils in. At the same time we have crews installing the pipe spools, the flexible joints and the drains/vents outside the filter house.

Some plants ask us to include scaffold and insulation.
